Whether you need a doctor`s opinion or want to discuss about your health with a professional, whether you need a second opinion or advice about life style, whether you are going for a surgery and want a confirmation for peace of mind that you are being advised correct treatment or you want to leave addictions, whether you want to reduce weight or manage diabetes: help is at hand.

3 Simple steps:
Step1. Register to use the website (if you have already registered, go to log in), Check your email account and confirm, Log in
Step 2. Choose Book New Appointment, Choose your consultant/service provider. Click on Make an appointment under their name and fill up the required fields, Confirm Appointment details given.
Step 3. The specialist will be contacted for the appointment and when he/she accept to see you, you will be sent a link for making payment via email. Make the payment to confirm your appointment.
That is all. Be available to be contacted by your specialist at least 15 minutes before the appointment time on medium of your choice.
 
Register as patient or customer by clicking the button on top right-hand corner of the home page. Make sure you have read and accepted terms and conditions by clicking the appropriate box when registering. Please try to fill as much information as possible when registering.
You will be sent an email to confirm the registration within a few minutes to confirm that email address you gave is working. There will be a confirmation link in that email to confirm your account.
Once you have confirmed your account you can start using the services.
 
On the consultant tab, you will find search option to decide which specific service you want.
For example, you want to consult a doctor, you can choose that from services by choosing the category from drop down menu. You can also shortlist by choosing country and region from where you want the doctor consultation. You can find any specialist from any country, who are registered with us and available through our website and book your time to consult with them. We would advise that you use the specialist from your own country, as they will be most likely to know your language and licensed to practice in your state/country, however if you want opinion of experts from other countries you can do that, which will mainly be in English language.
Search for appropriate specialist can also be done by choosing your condition or disease or treatment required.
 
Once you have decided on the specialist you would like to consult with, please book an appropriate time for the consultation. Before you request an appointment with specialist, we would advise you to look at their profile/cv, availability for time and date you require, the diseases they treat and the charges they take for the time spent during consultation. All these details are available for each specialist when you choose one, to help you decide whether this is an appropriate specialist for you.
Once you choose the specialist choose the appropriate date, time and details of the condition you want to be treated for. There is also a information sheet link which you can upload while requesting the appointment. This will minimise your consultation time if you write your details on that during the process to request appointment.
Please provide detail /select the media through which you want to use the service and an id through which you want to use. If you do not want to use free media and want a phone call, you will need to ring and/or provide the phone call expenses.
Once you have looked at the fees and filled up al the detail, book the appointment. Please note the PayPal/credit/debit card companies may charge a small percentage of fees and currency conversion fees if you are getting international services, which may be extra to the displayed fees.
 
You will receive an email detailing the consultant, date and time you have selected. You will also be asked to fill up a patient information form and provide full information about your question you want answered, health condition and any investigations you had done.
This is encouraged as it will save you time during consultation.
If you are not able to get your questions answered in required time, you can book another time to speak to them.
Your details will be emailed to the specialist of your choice, who will then review the details and accept (or in some cases decline) the request for appointment.
Once they accept the appointment, an email will be sent to you with Link for Payment of the fees.
Please note final confirmation of appointment is only after you have paid the appropriate fees.
Make a payment for their time using PayPal or credit/debit card options available.
You must make sure you ae available and ready to talk on the medium of your choice at your specific time with good signal/net connection. If there is any specific problem in connecting the call due to medium problem, then you may be asked to change the medium of your selection. If the problem still persists you may be sent another time once more. But if you are not available or not contactable after reasonable attempts, the fee may be forfeited as the specialist spared their time for you.
If due to some reason you are not able to find an appropriate specialist or are having trouble in booking your appointment you can contact us and we can help make the appointment with an appropriate specialist.
 
For Doctors/Specialists/Healthcare providers/Service providers
 
If you are able to provide consultation/service and are an expert in any of services that we offer, you can register with us and start providing your services to potential customers/users.
We aim to provide the best services to our clients/patients/users. You must be able to provide best services in a professional manner, as our patients/customers deserve the best.
 
Register through the website.
Register as healthcare professional or service provider by clicking the button on top right-hand corner of the home page. Make sure you have read and accepted terms and conditions by clicking the appropriate box when registering. Please try to fill as much information as possible when registering.
You will be sent an email to confirm the registration within a few minutes to confirm that email address you gave is working. There will be a confirmation link in that email to confirm your account.
Once you have confirmed your account you can start by providing your CV and required information for providing the services.
You must provide information about your country, state, place of practice if you have, any governing bodies /councils you are registered with along with the registration numbers. Also mention which countries/regions you are allowed officially to provide your services. Please select your services by category/specialty/disease/condition and treatments to be able to be seen by the potential service users.
You will need to upload your CV in your profile. So please do not provide personal email or phone numbers to avoid unsolicited contact. You will also need to provide two references and letter of good standing from your registering / licensing/regulating body, where you practice.
It is your responsibility to make sure these are true and appropriate.  
Once confirmed by the authorising team you will be able to start providing services through electronic media to our users.
You must make sure that professional services are provided in a professional manner at appropriate time requested by the patient/customer.
You will need to do your calendar management actively, indicating when will you be available to provide the service to the customer.
You provide us the information about your costs for services. Patient/customer will pay for your time before the appointment happens.
When a customer has decided to use your services, he/she will provide date and time selected from your calendar of availability and medium of communication. You must be available to provide the service at that time on their choice of media.
Once a patient/customer requests an appointment with you, you will get an email for the same. You then will log into your account with us and accept or rarely decline the appointment request as appropriate, within 24 hrs. Once you click on accept, an email will be sent to the patient/customer for making the payment of your fees, that you decided in your profile.
You will need to keep a record of the appointment and supply the patient and us a summarized version of condition and advice given.
 
We may record the conversation/service/history records for future improvements in our services for both users and providers.
